Chocolate Chip Sea Salt Yogurt Bagels

1: Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2: In a large bowl, mix your dry ingredients together. Fold in your yogurt until just combined.

3: Dump dough onto a floured surface. Add chocolate chips and knead the dough while folding in the chocolate chips. If sticky, add more flour as needed until dough forms a smooth ball.

4: Divide dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a rope and shape each into a round bagel with a small hole in the center.

5: Brush each bagel with egg wash and top with sea salt and more chocolate chips if desired.

6: Bake for 25 minutes, then allow to cool before slicing and toasting.
