A smooth and flavorful chocolate hazelnut coffee made using Tim Hortons K-Cup Pods. This recipe includes a homemade chocolate hazelnut spread for a delightful cup of coffee that tastes like it’s from a cafe, perfect for winter mornings.
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Spread out the hazelnuts and roast for 12-15 minutes, until slightly browned.
Transfer hazelnuts to a clean kitchen towel. Massage with the towel for a few minutes to remove as many of the skins as possible.
Add hazelnuts to food processor and process until a smooth nut butter forms.
Add your date sugar and cocoa powder. Process again; while food processor is running add your olive oil, vanilla, and salt.
Once smooth and well combined, transfer to a jar.
