A quick and delicious dinner featuring crispy salmon bites and cauliflower, glazed with a sweet and tangy orange sauce made from Florida Orange Juice, perfect for any health-conscious meal.
Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss the cubed salmon with the bread crumbs, tamari, and starch. Stir until evenly coated.
Spread salmon out on half of the baking sheet, leaving room between each piece. Spread cauliflower out on the other half and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle everything with olive oil; stir cauliflower to coat.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, until salmon cubes are crispy and cauliflower is cooked to your preference.
Meanwhile, make your orange sauce. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce heat and allow to simmer until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
Pour sauce over salmon and cauliflower just before serving and enjoy!
