This spicy lemon butter salmon marinade is perfect for grilling or stovetop cooking. It's a simple and delicious recipe that combines wild caught salmon with a blend of sriracha, lemon, and grass-fed butter for an enticing flavor.
Marinate salmon in sriracha (1 tbsp on each filet) and salt and pepper for 1 hour.
Bring a skillet to medium heat, then add butter. Allow to heat up and start to bubble, then add juice of 1/2 a lemon.
If grilling, cook salmon in a foil packet and allow butter to melt on top of the salmon while on the grill.
Add salmon fillets skin side down to butter/lemon juice. Allow to cook for 4 minutes.
Flip and cook an additional 3-4 minutes.
